The rebate is off the net guest rooms actualized and occupied, at the group rate or higher and will be applied as a credit to the master account. The eligible revenue is net room revenue less taxes, staff, rebates, commissions, or other discounted guest rooms. Staff rooms do not qualify for the rebate. The offer is eligible for third-party use but requires the same end user to sign each contract. The offer cannot be claimed by the same third party but by multiple end-user clients.
